CASE:
Motor Vehicle vs. Motor Vehicle
Client was splitting lanes on his motorcycle and was hit at an intersection by a vehicle that was turning left from the opposite direction. Liability was highly disputed, but after recreating the exact accident scene by making an accident reconstruction video from several different angles, we were able to secure a favorable settlement.

The client was t-boned while exiting a parking lot. The impact fractured the client’s hand in multiple places, which required multiple surgeries and significant rehab. The litigation was quite complex because there were multiple defendants involved but we were able to obtain a very favorable result after mediation.

Rear-End Collision
Client was rear ended while driving his vehicle in heavy traffic. Although the damage to his vehicle seemed minimal, we were able to show that the impact to the bumper was significant, causing severe neck injuries. We were able to obtain the policy limits from the at-fault driver and from the client’s UIM policy.
