I was in a car accident almost two years ago. I didn’t want to sue the woman who hit me because I didn’t want to go after someone that had hit me due to another driver braking, which made it hard for her to break in time. I figured the whiplash and horrible pain would go away. Unfortunately, it wasn’t the case. I was seeing my doctors, physical therapy, pain management, acupuncturists, water therapy and psychologists for days, weeks and months going into over a year. I would be going to 4 different appointments EVERY week for over a year. I had to use up all of my work sick time , vacation days saved and go onto disability for a few months. I was in so much pain and turmoil and spiraled into deep depression because I couldn’t work and pay all of my bills. I was then told to just go an get a lawyer and have them help me. All I was going to get was $1,200 from my hitter’s insurance company. This wouldn’t even cover 10% of what I lost. I’m glad I didn’t sign any paperwork. So, I began my search for a lawyer after a year had passed .

So, let me tell you. I was rejected left and right by other lawyers when they heard I had whiplash and it was a fender bender. Lawyers saying no before seeing any medical treatments or history or even ask the toll it took on changing my life. Not one lawyers said come and see me and let’s talk or asking me to get certain information. The other lawyers didn’t even want to bother with my case. Then I found the lawyers at this Khan establishment. Naseer was amazing. He listened to me over the phone and after told me to come in. Then he kept sending me emails and communicating with me to gather information from ALL of my doctors and medical history and receipts of outside treatments. He walked me through everything and answered all of my questions and was extremely patient with me. He looked at my information and said he had more than enough to work with. My appointment and treatment showed I was treated over 150 time in one year alone. But the other lawyers didn’t care to dig further to find out even 1 treatment unlike Nasser Khan who went through all of it.

Not only did Naseer look at my records, he asked how I was feeling. When I said I wasn’t at my best still and didn’t know what to do,then he recommended me to a specialist that was great. In the end, not only did Nasser take my case, go through everything, listened to my concerns and helped me through it all…but he won my case for me. He got me way more than I expected!!! He was amazing. So, for anyone that has gone through what I have gone through and can’t find a good lawyer or a lawyer that actually listens…go to Khan law firm. Hands down the best choice I made for myself. I’m not a 100% better medically but Khan at least help me get compensated all that I had lost, which helped with bills I needed to pay and now I have cash back in my account and I’m able to use it to work on my healing treatments.
